Celebrate Ōtautahi’s local music talent at Go Live! Featuring One Waka, Dolphin Friendly, Jason Kerrison and Dusty Hustle.

Christchurch’s biggest two-week music festival is here! Go Live! features 30 local acts across 9 events and it’s all free!

Kicking off the first big show in the Victoria Square Live Zone will be dub-roots groovers Dusty Hustle. They’ll be joined by up-and -coming reggae rock group Dolphin Friendly, who are playing festivals all over NZ this summer; catch them while you can.

Ōtautahi expat artist Jason Kerrison returns home to join the Go Live! party. Jason is a multi-platinum, multi award winning singer-songwriter. Hear him perform a selection of hits, from classic Opshop tracks through to his newer JK solo songs.

Headlining the night will be One Waka, a 7-piece Reggae Roots Cooperative, bringing their rocking rhythms, upbeat tempos and harmonic vibes. Inspired by the authentic roots sounds of the 60's & 70's, and iconic kiwi reggae and dub greats, like The Black Seeds and Katchafire, One Waka have set out to bring those vibes to the people of Christchurch.

This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free event.
