About the Retreat
Whether you’re a beginner or you simply want to improve your meditation skills, our Inner Peace Retreat will help you learn the art of meditation and refresh your mind. Guided by our Resident Teacher, this retreat is an opportunity to experience for yourself the happiness and contentment that naturally arises when your mind becomes still.
Retreat Sessions
There are four sessions each day, each session lasting approximately one hour. The sessions combine practical instruction and guided meditation that will allow you to:
- Connect with an experience of true inner peace
- Develop basic techniques that can help you to create a consistent habit
of meditation
- Leave you with practical inner tools to apply what you’ve learnt to your
daily life
Session One: 9 – 10am
Session Two: 11.30am – 12.30pm
Session Three : 4.30 – 5.30pm
Session Four: 7 – 8pm
