About This Event

Do you want to feel lighter, calmer and grounded?
Into the Fire is a one-off deep dive immersion supporting you to release and express your emotions in a safe space.
During this experience you will:
- Learn how to change and alchemise your relationship with emotions.
- Learn safe and healthy techniques to express your emotions.
- Connect with and learn to embody and channel the fire inside.
- Connect with like-minded women on a similar journey.
