Learn How to Design and Carve Your Own Rubber Stamp

Learn how to design and carve your own rubber stamp. This is a beginners workshop that will introduce you to the wonderful world of stamp and block printing. It is suitable for all 16+yrs, with no prior experience required! We will start off with rough ideas and sketches and talk through how to make these into an eye catching design ready to print. We will be transferring and hand carving our designs onto rubber stamp blocks. I will focus on techniques you can do at home with minimal equipment required so that you don’t have to stop when you leave the workshop. The world of printing is incredibly accessible and with this stamping class we will be taking the direct route to get you started.
