Let's face it - being a mum is hard. It can be stressful, lonely and exhausting. You love your kids yet at the same time, you are starting to lose a sense of yourself. You don't like feeling angry and frustrated all the time, and yelling at your kids. You're putting yourself last and you may be getting close to burnout. You're thinking "Am I the only one that feels this way?"
You're not alone and it doesn't have to be this way! Learn how to practice mindfulness and yoga to help you feel calmer, less burn-out and more connected with your kids. Taught by mums for mums which means we totally get it, and join us from the comfort of your own home so crying babies, and screaming kids are all part of the fun.
This is the schedule for "Mindful Morning for Mums" - stay for the whole time or join us whenever you want.
10 AM: Mindfulness for Mums with Dr Missy Wolfman (Clinical Psychologist from Empowermums)
11 AM: Mums & Bubs Yoga with with Greer Taffard (Yoga with Greer)
