Mindfulness through art workshop for kids

Join us for a special afternoon of meditation through art!
Suitable for ages 5-11, Muchu will take participants through a fun art meditation. By the end, you will have designed your own superhero!
Muchu is an artist and is also in his final year of studying youth development. His passion is to facilitate wellness and meditation in young people through the medium of art. He has much experience teaching young people.

We also have live music meditation suitable for adults happening simultaneously at Kumeu Arts pod gallery- the two spaces are right next to each other but with two different rooms, both kids and adults will be able to relax simultaneously!
