Move And Flow - Yoga Dance Fusion

'Join Debbie Sumner for a Creative fusion of Yoga and Dance. There will be elements of Middle Eastern, African and Bollywood Dance as well as soulful flowing movements and Yoga Asana. This class will be uplifting and Fun. No dance experience required and is suitable for all levels.

Bring a yoga mat,a blanket and a bottle of water. There are spare yoga mats if needed.

A full refund will be delivered if the workshop is unable to go ahead because of COVID-19.
