The One Tree Point Annual Combined Arts Exhibition has quickly become a crowd favourite in the beautiful Marsden Cove Marina.
What started with small beginnings in 2017 was the vision of Colin and Anne Coutts, felters, with the then One Tree Point Art and Craft Group. They held its inaugural working exhibition with 12 local artists. This event attracted a lot of attention in the area.
The concept of this event has continued to grow and the Marsden Cove Marina is a very picturesque place for the venue. The marquee, on the Marina, with the view of Mt Manaia and Whangarei Heads in the background makes a beautiful backdrop for the venue
Up to 50 local artists will be at the event with many art genres such as pottery, painting, ceramics, felting and wood carving being represented.
This two-day event is on the Northland Anniversary weekend 25th and 26th January 2019.
