The intention is for your entire body and mind to have the opportunity to disconnect from all of the outside world, to find the stillness and calm within and receive all of the healing your body is calling out for to restore, release and rejuvenate and awaken and hear the whispers of your soul.
This is about slowing down, quiet ending the mind, allowing yourself to just be and receiving all of the flow and abundance following this from giving yourself this love and self care.
