Covid means we need to choose activities suitable for the level we are on at the time of your retreat day. Example retreat schedule for level 3 below (2m distance).

Our retreat immerses you in nature and tranquility, just a few minutes from the city!

How to boost immunity, manage stress, gain insight and clarity for future direction, pampering and healing the body, nourishing the mind and soul - that is what we offer here at Health Miracles.

An example of the options available at level 3 -

10am - start with a nutritious smoothie and confirm the plan for your day. (we are flexible if you need to make last minute changes)

11am - Simple yet powerful breathing techniques you can do anywhere anytime to create calmness, clarify and energy. Did you know -the brain is 2% of our body mass, yet takes 20% of the oxygen, so no wonder we need to breathe well to function well.

12.30pm Lunch - a delicious, nutritious meal (taking into account any diet requirements you may have) - recipes and nutrition discussion option here.

2pm - Explore movement that uplifts and inspires you - retro aerobics for a change!
Yoga - to suit your physical needs. Gain mobility and loose pain.
How about a swiss ball fun exercise class.
Walking or seated meditation if you feel more like relaxing the body and restoring the mind.

3pm - Mindfulness like you have never experienced before. Powerful tools to take control of your thoughts, desires and outcomes. See our website Mindfulness page for full details.

4pm - A reiki healing session, or crystal bowl vibration healing. The sound is so amazing! Deeply relaxing and rebalancing. Something new to try?

There are so many ways to allocate the time and content - it truly is up to you.

Once we reach level 2 you can also choose -

Massage - relaxation, pregnancy, sports, firm therapeutic.

Reflexology - Scalp and facial massage to release all the tension and stress. Release jaw tension, headaches and sinus issues. Feels amazing and sooo relaxing!

Foot reflexology - heal from the inside, out. Wellbeing at a whole other level.

Nutrition with a cooking focus - solve those challenges you have in your diet and lifestyle.
