Hallertau Brewery

Join us in the Hallertau Riverhead Biergarten to celebrate the world's oldest folk festival. With Munich’s annual Oktoberfest on hold this year Hallertau Brewery will be celebrating the Bavarian traditions that they hold so dear.

Hallertau head brewer Steve Plowman has laid down a special brew of ‘German Festival Pils’ which has been lagering (a form of beer maturation) for six weeks to coincide with this beery celebration
With an equal focus on the best of Bavarian feasting expect salt-strewn pretzels, sauerkraut and meaty treats from the Hallertau smoker.

Settle in for an afternoon of good times with music and sing-along with Nick Atkinson and Finn Schole’s “Love Square do Deutschland” think cover versions in a Kraftwerk style and sousaphone driven retro pop.

Ticket price includes your own Hallertau ½ Litre Stein filled with ‘German Festival Pils’ & traditional German feasting from the smoker.

Lederhosen is encouraged but optional.

*This event will operate under prevailing restriction levels so tickets are limited, in the event of postponement or cancellation, full refunds will be offered.
