This is a 4-week series to support you to sleep better using yoga as a tool of support. Whether you struggle to get to sleep, wake frequently, suffer from fatigue or you work shifts there will be something to help support you to sleep better and feel more rested.
This will be a combination of asana, pranayama, yoga nidra and meditation. This block is limited to 10 places and these need to be booked in advance. Can be booked via email to circleofyoganz@gmail.com.
