Speaking to An Audience

Need to “step up” and speak to an audience as part of your working life and find it difficult? This course will equip you with strategies to assist and provide opportunities to build your confidence in this role.

Build your capacity and confidence to speak to an audience, small or large, whether it’s a presentation to your team, a more formal speech or part of a performance. In this experiential course, we’ll explore and practise thinking and actions that will assist us to be better prepared to speak, structure and deliver our content effectively, and build rapport with our audience.

By the end of the four sessions, you’ll be able to:
- Practise thinking and strategies that will assist you to be well-prepared to speak to an audience
- Use techniques to enhance your delivery when speaking to an audience
- Recognise and practise actions that build rapport with your audience
