Have a go at drawing or colouring to enhance your wellbeing and mindfulness. Drawing has been shown to have many health benefits; improving memory, concentration, enhancing fine motor co-ordination and self esteem along with many more.

Join us for a free afternoon of drawing. Lisa Milich Allport, BFA will be on hand to assist your creativity. No experience or artistic ability necessary. All ages are welcome because the health benefits apply to all.
