It's been one helluva a year... and many of you may have experienced job or business loss, or dramatic changes in your life.

This Retreat is designed to give you space, support and nourishment to re-imagine your life, your businesses, your creative projects or your careers.

We will focus on joyful and expansive practical processes designed to support the creation of any project, or simply, your life. (My own business is flourishing because of the way I responded to Covid-19, so I have some insight to share on this!)

We will dance, we will chant, we will yoga, we will laugh, we will eat the amazing food at Tauhara, and we'll get clear on what's ready to be born through us, and put in place a strategy to support the birth of that creation.

The process we'll use is a combination of two bodies of work - Forty Days of Yoga, which provides the practical strategy for committing to daily change, and Ignite Your Career, which provides a practical strategy for bringing visions into material reality, and working with resistance, doubts and fears.

We'll play with and explore both of these processes in an integrated way so that you can access the inspiration and vision you need for your creative project.

You will leave this retreat feeling connected, nourished, supported, AND with a strategic plan on HOW to implement the changes needed in your daily life to birth your creation.
