Our Four Day Fresh Start long weekends (a 3 day option is also available) focus on giving you time to unwind and relax with good, healthy food and nutrition. You start to experience the changes in your health and happiness that occur on our longer Retreats. Come on your own, or with a group of friends. Come away and focus on yourself, your body, your mind and your health!

Your luxurious Accommodation Chalet is a 60sqm standalone chalet crafted from timber and local stone, with its own outdoor area, lounge, kitchenette, office, walk in wardrobe, and spacious bathroom with luxurious spa bath. The space is both welcoming and relaxing; a private haven to escape to both rest and reflect.
