Womens Wellness Walk is about encouraging women to exercise during the last 8 weeks of winter, meet new people and support mental and physical wellbeing. You can take part in the Step till Spring wherever you live, simply connect with us on Map my Run and join the challenge.
We will support you along the way and tackle the isolation that a lot of womens, especially mums can feel at this time of year.
All the information is available on the facebook event page, we also have a private group to enable free conversation and friendships.
Proceeds will go to Jammies for June, a great initiative in Hawke's Bay providing warm winter Pyjamas to those less fortunate.
