Te Uru

Explore the infinite possibilities of virtual reality with this one-off, two-part workshop with exhibiting artist James Charlton. We will first look at examples of James’ action forms in his exhibition THROWN, before wearing VR goggles to generate our own small sculptures and sending them to the 3D printer. The following week we’ll return to the Learning Centre to sand and paint our forms.

This workshop will run according to guidelines around COVID-19 Alert Levels.

Part 1: Saturday 24 October 1-2.30pm
Part 2: Saturday 31 October 1-2.30pm
