Relax in this two-hour Yin Yang workshop guided by Brigid Costello, accompanied by live string-based acoustic music performed by Louis Mcglashan and Will Alexander. Transition into 2021, sitting with and releasing the year that's been and creating space for what's to come.
Inspired by the shape-shifting properties of water, this fluid practice flows through expressive vinyasa and playful movement exploration, and deep dives into reflective stillness. This practice will help cultivate more freedom on your mat and more spontaneity in your life as you welcome in the new year.

Louie and Will are two-thirds of the band The Glowing Stones. They began their artistic collaboration at the Pop-Up Globe where they performed together in over 200 shows in New Zealand and Australia. Brigid first met Will and Louie when she was the Movement Director and resident yoga teacher for Pop-Up Globe. She enjoyed collaborating with them on music, ensemble movement, and choreography for two popular, award-winning shows: A Midsummer Night's Dream, and The Merchant of Venice. While touring and working together, Will, Louie, and bandmate Reuben, developed a passion for yoga, meditation and creating ambient soundscapes for flow and relaxation.
