This 6 hour workshop is suitable for those new to yin alongside the seasoned yin practitioner, creating time and space for you physically and mentally.
Yin uses postures that are held for longer than in a traditional yoga class, giving you time to explore sensation, make choices regarding the depth of each posture, to notice habits in body and mind and make personalised decisions to support yourself more fully. Get to know what you need and what you don't in your body and life right now.
We will explore body shape, the amazing fascial web, facial lines and the importance of mindfully stretching and working with them for whole body health, gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology with your own experience.
Learn the benefits of creating safe yin stress in the tissues and muscles, how this supports and maintains optimal health, and mobility for our joints, ligaments, cartilage, soft tissue and bones.
