The perfect way to gently ease into the New Year with a 90min extended Aerial Yoga session.
Starting with a 40min Aerial Yoga class to bring movement into the body, re-energise and lengthen the spine with two optional aerial inversions.
The aerial hammocks will be lowered for a 40min Aerial Yoga Release & Restore session, slowing down the pace and focusing on eliminating stress & tension in both the body & mind.
Followed by a Floating Mediation surrounded by tranquil beats. This will be like a mini vipasana as we enjoy being cocooned in the hammock in stillness, you’ll enjoy a deep restful meditation.
You’ll have plenty of time to awaken afterwards, no clients need to rush to leave, you are welcome to bring a journal to reflect, take time to intention set for the year ahead, or hang around for a chat.
