Browns Bay Beach Yoga & Clean-up

Please join us for a session for Breathe and Flow Beach Yoga and let the good vibes roll. It will be followed by the Beach clean-up for us to positively contribute towards community and environment.

Yoga session (45 mins):
This will be a fun and dynamic class open to all levels and ages, expect clear guidance and plenty of variations to introduce you to yoga, or deepen your practice.

Linking breath to movement the Vinyasa style of yoga is balance of strength, flexibility and core integration.

The session is at the Browns Bay Beach Reserve next to the toilets and find the OSOF banners. So bring along your mat and recharge the body with this inspiring practice! Classes are taught by New Zealand's Youngest Yoga Teacher: Holly Bagwell

Beach Clean-up (1hr)

Let's give a helping hand to the community and keep it clean and healthy for all of us. You can be surprised what you can come across at our beautiful unique beaches.

Things to bring:
- Own yoga mat, closed shoes, water, sunscreen, hat
- Your own gloves (gardening gloves are great), needed for beach clean-up
Things that will be provided:
- Covid QR scanning code
- Bags for beach clean-up

This event is suitable for all ages! All welcome!
