Carterton Maori cultural walk

Please park at Hurunui-o-rangi Marae, Gladstone Road. There will be a karakia, a wander through the Wairakau loop and then move your car to Carter's Reserve.

A guided walk through Carter Scenic Reserve while hearing about the history and culture of the local Maori.
Hear about the tikanga of the Wairarapa iwi - specifically in the district around Carter Scenic Reserve.
