Cooking Up a Storm Community Event

Over the past year 100 meals have been given to families in need around our community and now the Wadestown Presbyterian freezers are empty! It’s time to replenish with ready-to-heat-ready-to-eat meals. And with Covid sliding ever closer, the need is more urgent.

If you’d like to be part of the effort, please turn up at the Wadestown Presbyterian Hall ( Hanover Street, Wadestown) on Friday 3 December 6.00-9.00pm, and Saturday 4 December 9.00 am-1.00 pm.

Come for one or come for both sessions. Bring (a takeaway ?) dinner to eat before the action begins on Friday. Feel free to bring any helpful spouses, friends, neighbours and older children to be involved in this fun event. All willing volunteers are very welcome.
