International Day of Yoga is on Monday 21 June and to celebrate we have a free Yoga class being held in The Square outside MOGLY thanks to the team at Snap Fitness. Yoga is a great form of exercise for all ages bringing harmony to mind and body. Grab a friend or pop along and meet some new ones.
*Please bring a mat. All fitness levels welcome. Class led by qualified instructor.
