Freedom to Breathe - Breath-work Workshop

We all have our own ability to let go of self limitations and connect with our own inner strength, that is being genuinely under-utilised.

That ability is through...THE BREATH.

Breathwork is quickly being recognized as one of the most powerful wellbeing tools that we have. It is a powerfully transformative tool that allows us to balance our physical, mental, emotional energetic and spiritual wellbeing.

Breathwork aids in the release of old energies, memories and tensions in the body and mind. It is a way to clear unresolved issues, to dissolve limiting beliefs and to free ourselves from the unhealthy hold that some past events have on us.

With all of this resulting in more freedom and clarity to move forward and discover you own inner strength.

Breath-work is help for those with :

* Relationships and family issues
* Letting go of limiting beliefs
* Past or present traumas
* Stress and anxiety
* Mental, physical, and emotional health issues
* Self-esteem issues
* Low energy
* Birth trauma

A breath-work session consists of laying down and relaxing the whole body, as you breathe in a conscious circular rhythm, taking full-body breaths, inhaling and exhaling with an open mouth. This circular breathing pattern has no pause between the inhale and exhale, with the cycle of breathing continues like this for 45-60 minutes.

In this Breath-work workshop, there will also be the intention of “letting go and experience inner strength ”. We will be doing some group and journaling exercised to identify what not longer serving us and creating a clear vision of what we truly want from life.

This will be a safe space and opportunity to allow ourself to freely express and experience the power we have in all of us.

Breath-work is safe healing modality. However during a breathwork session here is the potential of bring about intense feelings, where physical and emotional releases may arise.

As you are in control of the breath, you are in control of your experience and healing process.

Though it is a safe process, it is not recommended for a pregnant woman and those with the following conditions.

Please talk to your doctor before participating in this breathing if you have, or have a history of:

* cardiovascular disease
* angina
* heart attack
* high blood pressure
* glaucoma
* retinal detachment
* osteoporosis
* recent injury or surgery
* any condition for which you take regular medications
* history of panic attacks, psychosis, or disturbances
* severe mental illness
*seizure disorders

This breath-work workshop is Ideal for men and women between the ages of 18 - 60 years who have an open mind to new experiences.

What to bring:
- A Yoga mat (please don’t forget)
- A blanket (Optional to have if cold)
- A Journal or writing material to set an intention and write about your experience.
- A Water bottle

How to Prepare:
Please avoid eating a large meal within a few hours of the experience, come with an open mind and an open heart, as this is a safe place to connect with yourself and like-minded people.

Please arrive at the workshop by 1145am so that we can start at 12pm, doors will be closed after this time.
