H.E.R TIME Women Only Empowerment and Self Love Retreat: CANCELLED

H.E.R TIME RETREAT is an Exclusive Women's Only event that is geared towards fostering Self Love amongst amazing, talented and entrepreneurial Women in Aotearoa!

The Wellness Oasis that will host this event; creates a space for women who wish to remember or discover how limitless and powerful they truly are!

This One-Day Self Love Experience is ideal for any busy woman who can't find a weekend to get away, but can organize ONE Day centred around; and ONLY about HER.

The day will include:
- Mindfulness Meditation (Guided by Host)
- Introduction to Journaling with breakout sessions
- Audacious Goal Setting
- Vision Boarding
- Health and Wellness Discussion
- Pool breakout session
- An opportunity to spend 7-hours, LOVING YOU!

Our host will be Dr. Terri-Ann Samuels-James; whose role is simply to be your guide and foster a space of wellness and light that will ensure that YOU see HER (your limitless self) for who SHE is!

Location: Attitude BnB (Halfmoon Bay, East Auckland)
Time: 10:00 am - 5:00pm
Cost: Early Bird $250 (Before March 1, 2021)
$260 (After March 1, 2021)

Your Retreat Package will includes:

- A change of clothes for the photo (White Button-Up Shirt recommended)
