Join Cecilia for another fun Korean cooking session. This workshop will focus on Korea’s national dish, Kim Chi (also known as kimchee or gimchi). Kimchi is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is often described as spicy and sour. There are hundreds of varieties of Kim Chi made from napa cabbage, radish, scallion or cucumber as the main ingredient.

Cecilia will show you how to prepare a few different versions of Kim Chi and will also cook a side dish for you to enjoy with your Kim Chi.

Course fee includes $30.00 for ingredients.
