Lorraine Laulau – Intuitive Healer and Coach, and Malcolm Wilson – Clinical Hypnotherapist are excited to bring you Ignite.

For 1 weekend, 7 of Wellington’s top facilitators will activate, integrate and empower every aspect of your Self. The intention is to return you completely to your Self. Physically. Psychologically. Emotionally. Spiritually.

You’ll walk away balanced, aligned, invigorated and ready for anything the universe may bring your way!

Here’s the Line Up:

Friday
6PM: Opening Ceremony: You’ll enter the space, setting the intention for what you wish to gain and whatever you wish to leave behind you forever.

7 - 9PM: Dinner & Kombucha Ceremony: The chance to connect with those on this journey with you. We will then gather around the firepit to fill our cups for a truly beautiful kombucha ceremony. We’ll even show you how to turn any drink into a powerful manifestation tool.

Saturday:
8:30AM: Breakfast:

10AM: Sound Bath Meditation: Debbie and Graeme are two of New Zealand’s most respected sound healers. This is the chance to let your body, mind, and spirit be soothed and regenerated by a healing soundbath.

12:15: Healing Circle: Lorraine Laulau will guide you on a deep and beautiful healing journey of the Self and others. You’ll be amazed at what you are able to do and may even discover gifts you never knew you had.

1PM: Lunch

2PM: Create Your Bespoke Skin Care Product: A multi-sensory experience with Adi McMaster of Martygirl Skinfood. Engage your senses of scent and touch to create a skincare product that is a perfect expression of yourself. You’ll even get to take your creations home with you.

3PM: Afternoon Tea

4PM: Sacred Geometry Workshop & Meditation: Frances Lamb will show you how to work with, create, activate, and integrate your own piece of sacred mysticism. Sacred geometry can be used to connect with your guides, travel to other realms, heal yourself, enhance meditation, as a tool for personal empowerment and so much more.

6PM: Dinner

8PM: Totem Animal Meditation & Trance Dance: Meet and embody your spirit animal before Lorraine and Malcolm turn up the sounds. Move as you choose to the rhythms that surround you. In the full expression of YOU!

9:30PM: Dreamwork Meditation: Led by Malcolm and designed to bring you deep sleep and a gentle way to decipher and interpret the messages from deep within you. This will be recorded so you can work with it as often as you wish.

Sunday:
8:30AM: Light Breakfast

10AM: Yoga for all Levels: Integrating all you have gained into your body, Tanya Carr-Smith will lead you through a rejuvenating series of movements suitable for all fitness levels.

11AM: Brunch

12PM-1:30PM: Closing Ceremony: This is where you will release forever whatever you wish to leave behind. While the weather will dictate exactly where we do this. One thing we know is that you will leave the weekend completely returned to your Self!

Plus heart-warming food, home-made kombucha, soulful connection, and spare time to connect deeply with the surrounding land.

Bring: A yoga mat. A drink bottle. Any snacks you wish to bring. Everything else is covered.

Price: $695. $200 deposit to secure your space with the balance payable in full 2 weeks prior to the event. Payment plans available on request.
