Kirtan, Breath & Ecstatic Dance

Welcome to your new fortnightly night out at Auckland's new Holistic Hub!

A nest where we can all connect and journey deep into the heart through the power of ancient modalities.

The night will begin by uniting our voices through the ancient practice of Kirtan with Franko Heke singing mantra's that were scribed thousands of years ago by our ancestors. Opening our hearts and connecting to the divine.

We will then flow into Enrichbreathwork guided by Richard Hackney. A beautiful session to superventalate and enrich your mind, body and soul.

Finishing with an ecstatic dance to shake the body loose, led by DJ Anirvan

Arrive 6.30-6.55pm latest.
Entrance is to the left of building.

Start 7 pm.
Finishes 11 pm.
