My name is Janice and I am a passionate free-flowing yoga teacher spreading Love, Joy and Play one class at a time.
My yoga classes are inspired by a yoga school that I studied with in 2020 called Embodied Flow™. The school has a focus on yoga and movement reconnecting body, mind and spirit while finding tangible pathways between the three.
Join me Sunday evening for an all-level yoga flow as well as a guided meditation.
Things to note:
- Classes are Koha entry up to $10.00
- Classes are suitable for any fitness level
- Please bring your own yoga mat
