Wellington Jazz Co-operative organiser and drummer Mark Lockett - who has lived and played in Melbourne and New York – brings his stunning Trio to Hawke's Bay Jazz Club. With Duncan Haynes, piano, who has recently returned to New Zealand after living and playing in England and Paris and 2018 Jazz Artist of the Year Umar Zakaria, for his album Fearless Music, is on double bass. Add to that vocalist Eugene Wolfin, who has sung at Jazz Club with NZSM Big Band, with the Air Force Big Band at the Wellington Jazz Festival and Christmas in the Square with the Rodger Fox Big Band and we'll have a great night including jazz standards and Sinatra vocals.

In accordance with the COVID-19 Protection Framework, you must show your My Vaccine Pass, or verified exemption certificate, to enter the Napier Sailing Club. No Pass, no entry. You must also wear a mask on entry, at the Bar and at the Kitchen servery. You may remove your mask once seated.
