Suitable for everyone, these walk-in classes offer practical methods to help everyone find inner peace, happiness and well-being through meditation and Buddhist wisdom. Each class is self-contained so you can drop-in any week. A different topic is taught every 3–4 weeks. Beginners welcome.
Finding Direction — 4-week series
Everyone wants a clear direction in life. If we don’t know why we get out of bed in the morning or what the meaning of our life really is, we feel purposeless, each day passing without joy. In our increasingly uncertain world, this is compounded and we can feel depressed and lost.
One solution to this very common situation, is to develop a spiritual outlook in life. If we combine our normal daily life with an inner path of spiritual development we will wake each day with renewed enthusiasm, content in the knowledge that we are actively progressing towards happiness, regardless of the scenery of our life.
This course will lay the foundation of such a journey, and give every moment of your life direction and meaning.
