If so this is one not to be missed. Come and join us as we practice a Kundalini Yoga meditation called kirtan kriya for 2.5 hours (sa, ta, na, ma - life, death, rebirth, infinity). This meditation clears the subconscious, it strengthens the nerves, it cleanses the auric field. Its particularly good for clearing our field of old relationships and patterns.
This meditation uses a simple movement of the fingers, the each finger comes in to touch the thumb as we chant. It can be done in easy pose on the floor or in a chair so all levels of ability/flexibility welcome.
To create the new earth first we need to ensure we are fully connected to our uniqueness, to our soul wisdom, to our sovereignty, to our hearts and then we truly will help to build heaven on earth.
Afterwards there will be time to connect and chat as we gift our bodies delicious vegetarian/vegan food. Helping to ground us and nourish us further.
