Monaco Mid Winter Marathon

The Monaco Marathon boasts one of the most scenic, and not to mention one of the most affordable marathons in the country. By entering, you’re also helping a good cause, with a minimum of 75% of your ‘entry fee’ going to charity. Any additional donations received will be given to charity in full.

The idea of the event is to break down the barriers to participation and give everyone a good chance to compete or complete a full marathon running event (42.2km).

The event boasts both a full marathon, with run or walk options. and for those with a little less confidence you can enter as a two-person relay and do approximately a half marathon each. Leg 1 is approximately 23km, and Leg 2 approximately 19km.

This event is run almost exclusively on the Great Taste Trail, apart from the first 3km which is run on public footpaths and the road around Monaco point. Any road crossings will be clearly marked around the course. Entry is on the understanding that you do so at your own risk.

NOTE: If entering the two-person relay, it is your responsibility to get to/from the changeover point at Rabbit Island.
