Former Air New Zealand CEO and MP for Botany Christopher Luxon will be our guest speaker during this session. He will speak to us about his career abroad with Unilever and the business challenges, the success he faced during his 7 years at Air NZ, and the transition to his current role in government. He will give us an insight into the strategies implemented in order to attain a high-performing commercial business, maintaining a great record of customer satisfaction and engaged internal culture. We will also learn more about the decisions that defined his career and will talk to us about leadership.
