Reclamation - A Day Immersion

Escape away for a day to reconnect within, rest your mind, and rejuvenate your body.
This day immersion is your safe haven to be guided back to restore your sense of self, completely de-stress your nervous system, and rejuvenate you back to balance.
You will be lead through:
-Group Coaching
-Soul retrieval
-Breathwork
-Soul connection and Community support
-Cacao ceremony
-Facebook community for integration and preparation 2 weeks before and 2weeks after the Immersion.

You will have the opportunity to be a part of a group coaching session where we will explore how to self-resource, self-care and self-soothe and self-regulate and awaken your inner power
The intention of this day is not to overwhelm you with multiple tools and practices but to give you the space to find clarity and a sense of home within.

What to bring:
-A cushion and or blanket and or yoga mat
-Comfortable loose clothing
-A water bottle
- A plate of something yum
-Your favourite special mug for your ceremonial elixir
-Journal book and pen (optional)
- Something you can place on the alter (you will take this home with you).
