This evening is an opportunity to be moved and be still while soaking in the soundscape provided by Claudio Escutia.
This is Space Studio's 3rd Birthday!
We celebrate with an offering from a handful of teachers - welcoming in some of the depth and breadth of Space: some gentle shapes to soothe the body and mind, some simple movement to nourish the tissues, reclining shapes to rest deeply. Claudio will provide the backing soundscape for the evening. Perfect.
Stay awhile afterwards for a drink, nibbles and chats.
