A taster session suitable for absolute beginners

Want to learn to throw pots on the wheel?

In this 4-week taster class, you will learn the basics to get you started as a thrower. You will focus on basic throwing skills, as well as some finishing so you take home some pieces at the end. Also makes a great gift.

Sanet is a civil engineer but has been doing pottery as a hobby for the past 30 years. She loves throwing and makes mainly functional pottery. She has taught individual throwing classes in the past in a private capacity but is keen to share her knowledge and passion with first time potters at the WSP

Cost of materials & firing is extra. Payments for materials & firing can be paid at the society and will be determined on usage.
