The Crafty Feilding Special

You're invited! Come and see what the hype is all about. Travel with Steam Incorporated north from Kapiti to Feilding for a visit to the Feilding Craft Market.

The train will be hauled by one of our restored steam locomotives and we will be using our fleet of classic red heritage carriages including our Buffet Car.

The Craft Market has been running for over 30 years with plenty of homegrown talent from all over NZ. Yes, you want to be here at this huge Craft Market with its refreshing look and covering the size of a full rugby field. Many talented Artisans bring you thousands of interesting pieces. Whether you are in need of your own sign made for you on-site or hand-forged steel handles, rustic furniture and woven rugs. We have metal workers, potters, woodworkers, textile workers. An exciting shopping experience by anyone’s standards, with two cafes on-site and all indoors it's a must to do. And the organisers have reduced the entry ticket price for our passengers.

In need of something extra to do; close to the Feilding Railway Station is the Feilding and District Steam Rail Depot and close to the Manfeild Park is the Coach Museum. In town is a great selection of boutique shops and galleries. Fares include entry to the Craft Market plus bus transfers from and back to the Feilding Railway Station.
