Waitangi Day at Arena Aquatics

8:30-10:30am Preschool Drop-in Games Event
For the under-fives, there will be fun and interactive games run by experienced Dash instructor.
- Lazy River Jungle Experience - turning the lazy river into a fun and exciting environment, with smoke machines, tunnels, bubbles and whirlpools.
- Aquarium - Dive down and find the treasure and see what the ocean holds. For every treasure, you collect, win a chocolate coin.
- Lane Pool Games - for the slightly older kids, there is Musical rings. Rope swing, basketball hoops, splash clinic and flipper boards.

3-4 pm Bombing Competition
Celebrating Porirua finest bombers. There are two categories,
- Under 16 Competition - prizes include 20 free trips to Arena Aquatics, entry is a gold coin, pre register at Te Rauparaha Arena reception
- Open Competition - prizes include a Cannons Creek pool party, entry is a gold coin, pre-register at Te Rauparaha Arena reception

4:30-6:30 Boat safety
Dash Swim School's boat safety course, helping to encourage people to be safe in and around the water and boats. Entry is a gold coin, pre-register at Te Rauparaha Arena reception

4:30-6:30 Aqua Max
There will be games and activities available in the pool with some cool prizes. Entry is a gold coin, pre-register at Te Rauparaha Arena reception

4:30-6:30 Pool Party
Fun and games in the pool, with an awesome pool party at Arena Aquatics, prizes, games and heaps of fun! Entry is a gold coin.
