A vibrant evening of experimental films, stimulating talks and the launch of the online exhibition 'Free Radical: Len Lye at 120'.
Join Ngā Taonga Sound & Vision’s Sarah Davy and Len Lye biographer Roger Horrocks for a presentation on the process, inspiration and impact of pioneering artist Len Lye. The National Library’s Fiona Oliver will share Lye material from the Mīharo | Wonder exhibition, which will be open during the evening.
Curated in collaboration with the Len Lye Foundation, this is the first time Lye’s remarkable experimental films have been made freely available online.
