Over the weekend, you will be immersed in the breathtaking Takaka Hill and surrounding landscape.
You will experience Breathwork sessions to train your nervous system and immune system, guided meditations, stimulating discussions and of course, cold water immersion in nature to train your mindset and cardiovascular system.
We will be there to guide and support you; to help you make this journey your own.
We are there to create the space and provide you with the tools to tap into your own inner superhuman.
We want you to leave equipped with the knowledge and daily practices to empower you to take control of your mental, emotional and physical wellness and truly embrace your full potential.
What to Bring?
This is a grassroots style experience where you need to bring:
- A tent and sleeping gear
- Your own food
- Warm clothes (layers are great)
- Walking shoes
- Warm hat
- Hot Water Bottle
- Swimwear
- Towel
- If you have a drum or musical instrument that you would like to bring that would be fantastic
There is spring water onsite and warm drinks will be provided and hoping for a starry night to get a good campfire going!
Invest in a ticket get yourself to Canaan Downs- Pikikirunga, to set up camp at 1 pm on Saturday the 24th April. We will finish up at 12 pm on Sunday 25th April.

Do I Need To Do Any Training Prior To Coming Along?
We all take each activity at our own pace and everyone is welcome whether you are familiar with the Wim Hof Method or not.
If this is a concern for you we recommend joining the Innerfire New Zealand (Wim Hof Method) Facebook group and encourage you to work your way through the units.
