Afternoon Includes:

Outline of Our Time:
3.30pm - Enjoy time to settle in
Relax with a cup of tea and chat with the other women.
4pm - We come together in our scared Circle

5.45pm - We officially conclude Circle + gather to chat

An important part of our evening is gathering around delicious and nutritious snacks and chatting over a cup of tea. We ground our energy, nourish our bodies, and enjoy deep soul-nourishing conversations.

Your Host
Sarah is a Modern Mystic + Empowerment Coach.
Harnessing the power of Reiki, oracle cards, trained intuition and mindset Sarah coaches women to realign with what lights them up. Supporting them to follow the nudge that there "must be more to life" than what they're currently feeling stuck in.
After experiencing a Women's Circle in Bali in 2019 she knew she had to bring this magic back home with her, cultivating community and depth in connection (inwards + with others).
