The 15th National Waiata Māori Music Awards seeks to develop, encourage and honour the achievements of outstanding traditional and contemporary musical compositions and performances annually. This is the most prestigious music award ever to acknowledge our Māori Composers.
Performances this year include Hāni Dread, Creative Nātives, Che Fu & DLT.
VIP tickets include the Red Carpet Extravaganza at 5.30 pm, the Waiata Māori Music Awards at 7.30 pm the After Function at 10 pm.
VIP Plus tickets include the Te Koanga Fashion Show and pre-function on Thursday 8 September at 6.15 pm, Breakfast with the Stars at 7 am, the Red Carpet Extravaganza at 5.30 pm, the Waiata Māori Music awards at 7.30 pm the After Function at 10 pm. Tickets for the Fashion Show and Breakfast will be sent out following purchasing a VIP Plus ticket.
