Ab699 100th Birthday Celebration Dinner

This year our big steam locomotive, Ab699 turns 100 in September. We happen to think this is a big thing and invite our community and all train enthusiasts to join in and share the celebration. Whether you are from around the corner or over the ditch, you need to be here.

A celebratory dinner will be held at the Pleasant Point Rugby Club rooms on Saturday 24th September from 6.00pm. There will be a wonderful dinner and an opportunity to share memories and tall tales. Tickets at $50 a head are now on sale through our website www.pleasantpointrail.org.nz. Souvenir tickets will be posted to you.
