April School Holiday Programme - Club House Epsom

Club House Activities - These are days where the children stay onsite at Epsom for their activities. Please note that children booked into Club House Parnell are bused to Epsom at 9am to join the Club House Epsom children for their activities, and are returned to Parnell by 3.30pm each day. *This listing is for our CLUB HOUSE activities only

Programme Hours
We offer long hours for the convenience of our busy parents – drop your children off with us from as early as 7.30am and pick them up as late as 6pm for NO extra charge. For our April programme, we will also be offering a short day option, which applies only to our Club House Epsom bookings and goes from 9am - 3pm each day for a flat rate of $55.00. If you only require care between 9am - 3pm, feel free to book into our short day option at Epsom's Club House! Please note these drop off and pick up times are fixed due to our staffing ratios, so if your child is booked in for a short day they must only be in attendance at our programme betweeen 9am and 3pm, not outside those hours.

COVID-19 Policy
As new information, guidelines and recommendations are announced regarding COVID-19, we too are updating our health and safety practices and what measures we’re taking to ensure the safety of children in our care. Please be assured that all of our programme's staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, in line with the Government's mandate for our sector. We will follow all Government and Ministry of Social Development guidelines around hygiene, mask-use and best practices to keep our kids as safe as possible. QR code scanners are already available on-site, and we strongly encourage their use. While we are under the red light setting of the Traffic Light system, our staff will be in charge of signing the children in and out each day, to minimise the number of people coming in contact with our tablets and devices. A Note on Bookings
The online cut-off for booking in for activities is at 3pm the day before each activity. If you miss this cut-off but would like your child to attend, please still contact us as we are happy to accomodate late bookings so long as we still have spaces available in our staff-to-child ratios. Please call Mikayla on 09 555 5193 anytime before 4pm, or send an email with your booking request to mikayla@villagesquare.org.nz to have your request responded to first thing in the morning. Please note that payment will be required before your child attends, either via our eftpos machine at the Parnell site or via credit card over the phone.
