Movement for Women Seeking Bliss
This feminine movement class will empower, invigorate, and uplift you to your Highest Self and it is a time to commit to yourself.

THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU IF:
- You are seeking more sexy, sassy, and sensuality in your life.
You'd like to connect with your body more
- You are seeking sisterhood and connection with women.
- You are feeling a little heavy and stagnant (either in your body or in life... or both).
- You are desiring a fun & new way to be active
IN THIS EXPERIENCE YOU WILL:
- You will be guided through breath work, movement, and poses that help you rediscover your deepest connection to your body
- Move through your emotions while playfully exploring your pleasure, bliss, and sensuality
- Bond with a community of like-minded women who understand what you’re going through and have your back
- Explore the sacred spaces in your life that feel a little shutdown and turned off
WHAT TO BRING:
- An open state of mind
- A body ready to move and have fun
- A bottle of water
- A yoga mat
WHAT TO WEAR:
- Clothing you feel comfortable moving around in that also makes you feel confident and sensual.
Suggestions:
- Loose fitting top or flowy tank top
- Yoga pants or long flowy skirt
Keep in mind - you will be doing yoga-like poses and sensual movements while on the floor and while standing - so wear what you feel would be best for that.
