Dunedin Fancy Women Bike Ride

Join us for a short, fun ride for women to celebrate cycling and reclaim the streets. Dress code: "Fancy".

We will be following a 4km, flat return route from the Octagon, using the roads and shared paths. All ages and abilities welcome.

On the way, we will be visiting the railway station (for a photo), Steamer Basin (for a coffee) and savouring the atmosphere of Dunedin's heritage industrial precinct (because it's on the way).

The Fancy Women Bike Ride happens every year in towns and cities around the world. It is both a call for better cycling infrastructure and an inspiration to ride.

The more women who cycle, the more women will be encouraged to cycle.
