Relax and enjoy a one-hour healing meditation with crystal singing bowls hosted by Abby Meg from Heal & Be.
Cocooned in an aerial hammock, this unique experience will rejuvenate your body and mind.
Please wear comfortable clothing, no jeans, zips on garments or Jewellery to be worn. Socks are compulsory, we recommend bringing cosy bed socks and a blanket.
No prior aerial yoga experience required, we will guide you into the hammocks.
Open to all adults 16years and over.
